One of the things that I have done that has really helped me with my anxiety/depression on a daily basis is my Miracle Morning! What is a Miracle Morning? First of all get Hal Elrods book, listen to his podcast about miracle morning or even search on Pinterest!
Miracle morning is simple, get up 30-60 minutes before you need to be up and practice these 6 savers.
S- silence
A- affirmations
V- visualization
E- exercise
R- reading
S- scribbing
Over the next couple days I will focus on each area and share with you what I do for each saver, some ideas and why it helps me fight my bully.
