Silence

Silence is S in the SAVERS. This was one of the hardest things for me to achieve. I am no very good at sitting still let alone letting my brain sit and be silent. So for silence I do one of the few things: coffee on my Porch watching the sun come up or I use an app to help me be silent such as Omvana, insight timer or simply being. I take 5 minutes at the beginning of the day to just be and let everything go. When I first started I could barley make it 1 minute and now I am working up to 7-10 minutes of silence and even want to start implementing on my lunch break and evening routine. Download one of these apps or just set timer for one minute today and be silent. I'm exciting to share the A tomorrow, which is affirmations.
