The E is pretty self explanatory. I love apps such as the 7 min app, yoga for beginners and you can find millions of simple workouts on Pinterest. My rule of thumb for exercise is I have to do at least 10 minutes a day and with my Saver I actually do the E first while my coffee is brewing so that I do it no matter what. This is the weekly workout that I have been doing this week and feel like it's been a great littl workout. Most mornings I finish my SAVERS and then head out for a run/ walk or head to the gym but some people like to go to the gym first and then come home and do the SAVERS. Do whatever works for you and your schedule.
