This one is simple, journal or write for 5 minutes. I listened to a podcast about the brain research and journaling and how therapeutic it is and also that you challenge yourself to write 3 pages a day. You don't need a topic, worry about grammar etc. just write 3 pages a day .
I love getting new journals and filling the pages with my worries, fears, celebrations etc. For me I like structure so here is a list of journal or writing prompts that helped me when I first started this practice.
