How have you done on the first two SAVERS? For visualization I set a timer for 10 minutes and I use a couple different tools to help me visual my day. I have to visual one day at a time, looking from the end of the day back to the present moment. The tools I use are:
Panda planned( $20 on amazon) I write and organize out my day starting from the evening and working backwards. I love this planner because it is simple yet goal and gratitude driven.

Beautiful leather cover with a cute little panda:)

Monthly view, weekly view and goals and daily! I love that is 5 simple things that are your priority for that day!
I also love to Use my bullet journal for projects / ideas/ etc. that I may have( I will save that for another post)
Visualize yourself getting into bed at night and reviewing your day and what you accomplished, how you feel and what you want to have contributed to the world that day.
We are halfway through the SAVERS and have had a lot of emails asking how this helps me with my anxiety/ depression?
For me I am very habitual and these SAVERS along with getting up before everyone else helps me feel in control of my day which lessens my anxiety/ depression. I also feel like by just looking forward to something every morning helps me to just get out of bed on those days that I would rather not.
