5 min epic evening ritual

It's been a crazy couple weeks with school starting and working some extra shifts at the gas station.
I hope you have been implementing pieces of the Miracle Morning and really diving into your personal self care.
Something new I have been doing is an evening ritual. After listening to a podcast ( achieve your goals episode 166) with James Colburn talking about his new book Resucceed. Some of the biggest things I took from his podcast and I am taking away from his book, which I highly recommend is:
• reaffirm what you want
• realize where you already are and celebrate your wins
• re engage
• reaccess
• think about what's your first thing first for the next day that you should focus on
• celebrate one thing from that day
His idea is to go to sleep on these ideas and let your sub conscious make the magic happen.
The biggest thing for me is celebrating my wins and really stopping and celebrating where I already am. I know I am not where I want to be but thank goodness I am not where I was three months ago.
