In Ephesians 2:10 it says “We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
The last couple months I’ve really been contemplating this and what God intends for me to be doing with my life. It’s been a really rough year this year teaching and I’ve even question if that’s where I’m supposed to be anymore. After some prayers and guidance from those around me I have decided to coach again. It is something that God has blessed me with and something I feel like I am called to do. I want to help others who struggle with weight loss, food issues, body issues, etc. I will be coaching again for Optavia/ Take Shape for Life.
another area I feel like it’s a strong suit for me is helping kids realize their potential. I want to not only help people by health coaching but also coaching kids on self-worth, body image, and mindset. I know I can do this by being in the school system and making an impact in the kids life. Not only the kids in my classroom but the kids in the school.
I can also utilize these tools that I have learned and teach teachers how to teach their students the skills and mindsets.
I hope I can serve others and use the gifts I have been given. What are your gifts? Are you using them wisely?
