One of the tools that I use first thing in the morning and right before I go to bed is the Anxiety Journal by Tim JP Collins( he has a great podcast called the Anxiety podcast.) 

Some of the ways that his journal helps you through the anxiety is accountability, supper? Inspiration daily, growth, a community,  confidence and alignment. 

He talks in the beginning of the journal about the LEAN in method, which I love!! ( I obviously love acronyms)
